Welcome to the Fountain Green 3rd Ward Deacons Quorum activities page! Here you'll find important information about our upcoming events, camping trips, and other activities. We strive to provide meaningful experiences that help young men grow spiritually and develop leadership skills while having fun and building lasting friendships.

This page contains everything you need to know about our activities, including calendars, packing lists, and required forms. Parents and youth can easily access all the necessary information to prepare for and participate in our events.

Note: If you plan on fishing, and you are 12 or older, you'll need to bring a fishing license. They can be purchased online.

Waivers to Sign

For activities that require a waiver, please download and complete the following forms. These waivers must be signed by a parent or legal guardian and returned before participation in any activities. The forms help ensure the safety and well-being of all participants while protecting both families and the organization.

They can be filled out online or printed and filled out by hand. You can submit them electronically or can be given to an adult leader.
